Booking and Payment

Program Reservations

Booking confirmations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings honor the price at the time of reservation.

Payment Terms

Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Full payment is required before program attendance unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 7 days before the program: full refund
  • Cancellations 3-7 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 3 days before: no refund
  • Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the program

If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
